Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Buick Pontiac GMC is proud to announce our Preferred Owner Program. This Preferred Owner Program (POP) is our way of saying "THANK YOU" for being a loyal member of our automotive family.
As a Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner you will earn 3% on your total purchase in our service or parts department, this amount will be applied to your preferred card to be used on any future non-warranty service work on any vehicle in your household. Being a Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner is NO COST to you.
Program Terms and Conditions
· You will receive 3% in POP points for future non-warranty service or parts purchases. For example: When you purchase $200 in non-warranty repairs or maintenance on your vehicle you will receive 6 points on your POP Card. One point equals one dollar in purchasing power at Sellers Buick Point GMC.
- The Preferred Owner Card may be with any vehicle in your household both for rewards and redemptions.
- Rewards points may only be earned on non-warranty work. You may not accrue awards on warranty,
insurance, or extended warranty purchases.
- The Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner Card may not be used in conjunction with any other
specials or coupons unless specified.
- The Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner Card is good in service and parts only at the Liberty Lake
store.
- Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Return items purchased with the Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner earnings will not be
exchanged for cash. The returned item's value will be put on the Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred
Owner card.
- The Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner Card may be terminated by Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC if it has not been used after two years.
- Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC reserves the right to change the rules regulations, benefits, conditions of
participation, or earnings a percentage without prior notice and or change, suspend, withdraw, limit,
modify, or discontinue the Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner Program at any time.
Abuse of the Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC Preferred Owner Program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of awards and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by dealer in its' sole judgment, any untoward or harassing behavior with reference to any dealer employee or any refusal to honor dealer employee's instructions) may result in cancellation of the members account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all awards accrued. Sellers Buick Pontiac GMC reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorney's fees and court costs.
